    Opaire Privacy Policy

    Effective date 9/9/2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Opaire collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Opaire website, application, beta program, Goodmama features, and related services. Opaire is operated by [INSERT LEGAL BUSINESS NAME OR OWNER NAME], referred to as “Opaire,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

    1 Scope and beta status

This Policy applies to Opaire Beta 1. Beta 1 is available only to account holders age 18 or older and does not include multi-profile or dependent-profile access. Future features or audiences may require updates to this Policy.

    2 Information we collect

    Information you provide

Account information, such as your name, email address, login credentials handled by our authentication provider, and account preferences.

Memory content, including titles, descriptions, ratings, prices, categories, tags, products, places, experiences, preferences, dates, and other information you choose to save.

Images and files that you scan or upload.

Questions, prompts, responses, and feedback connected with Goodmama.

Messages, survey responses, bug reports, screenshots, and other communications you send to us.

Subscription and transaction information, such as plan, payment status, transaction identifier, and billing dates. Payment credentials are processed by PayPal and are not intended to be stored directly by Opaire.

    Information collected automatically

Basic device, browser, IP address, date and time, referral, session, and diagnostic information generated when you use the service.

Usage information, such as features opened, actions completed, error events, and performance information, to the extent enabled in the current build.

Authentication, security, and access logs used to protect accounts and investigate problems.

Opaire does not intentionally request Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, passwords for other services, financial-account credentials, full medical records, or real patient or client information. Beta users should not upload these categories.

    3 How we use information

    • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve Opaire.
    • Save, organize, search, display, and retrieve your memories.
    • Process scans and image uploads and populate memory-entry fields.
    • Generate Goodmama responses based on information you are authorized to access.
    • Authenticate users, secure accounts, prevent misuse, and investigate bugs or incidents.
    • Administer the beta program, communicate with testers, and analyze feedback.
    • Process subscriptions, confirm payment status, provide customer support, and maintain transaction records.
    • Comply with law, enforce our Terms, and protect users, Opaire, and others.

    4 Goodmama and automated processing

When you use Goodmama, Opaire may send the prompt and relevant authorized memory content to service providers that help generate a response. We aim to limit this processing to information needed for the request. Goodmama may produce incomplete, inaccurate, or unexpected responses. Do not rely on Goodmama for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or emergency decisions.

Opaire does not use your memories, notes, images, or other user content to train general-purpose AI models. Our AI provider does not use content submitted through its API to train general-purpose models by default.

    5 When we disclose information

We may disclose information to vendors and service providers that perform services for Opaire, subject to their applicable terms and data-handling commitments. Current or anticipated providers include:

    • Supabase for authentication, databases, and file storage.
    • Lovable and associated hosting or development infrastructure for building and delivering the application.
    • OpenAI for generating Goodmama responses and related processing.
    • Make.com for workflow automation supporting Goodmama or other app functions.
    • PayPal for subscriptions, payments, billing status, refunds, and transaction administration.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or security incidents, or support a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. We do not state that Opaire sells personal information. Opaire does not sell your personal information, share it with data brokers, or use your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Opaire does not currently display advertising.

    6 Sharing features

Opaire may allow you to create an unlisted public link for a specific memory. Anyone who receives that link may be able to view the fields displayed on the shared page. Share links do not automatically expire in the current build. You can stop sharing or delete the memory to disable the shared page. Do not share a link containing information you do not want the recipient to see or forward.

    7. Storage, Retention and Deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Opaire, maintain security and records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

When you delete an individual memory, the memory and the information stored within it are removed from Opaire's active database. Images uploaded directly to Opaire are also scheduled for removal from active storage as part of the deletion process. Images supplied through third-party product databases are hosted externally and are not controlled by Opaire. Public sharing links associated with a deleted memory will no longer display that memory.

Opaire does not currently provide a self-service account deletion feature. To request deletion of your account and associated personal information, contact opaire@proton.me. We may need to verify your identity before completing your request.

Some information may remain temporarily or as required in service-provider logs, backups, security records, or other systems where immediate deletion is not technically available. We may also retain information when reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

To request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy assistance, contact opaire@proton.me

    8 Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information, including authentication, access controls, account-isolation rules, and restricted storage access. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, or misuse will never occur. Please report suspected privacy or security issues to opaire@proton.me

9 Sensitive and health related information

Opaire is a general personal-memory service and is not a healthcare provider, health plan, medical-record system, or emergency service. Opaire is not offered as a HIPAA-compliant clinical service. Do not upload real patient information, clinical records, or information you are legally or professionally required to protect unless Opaire expressly introduces and documents an appropriate compliant service.

    10 Age restrictions

You must be at least 18 years old to create or use an Opaire Beta 1 account. Opaire Beta 1 is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly permit individuals under 18 to hold beta accounts. If you believe a minor has created an account or submitted personal information, contact opaire@proton.me

    11 Your choices

You may stop sharing a memory by using the Stop sharing control.

You may request account or privacy assistance using the contact information below.

You may cancel a paid subscription through the applicable PayPal controls or by contacting us; cancellation and refunds are governed by the Terms and purchase disclosures.

    12 Changes to this Policy
